It’s barely a CHR anymore, but that laptime is pretty much on par with the Huracan 610-4 which was timed at 1:25.17 on Willow Springs.
It’s also funny to read about a 2AZ-FE with 600hp considering the regular production cars this engine was installed in.

I saw this car/cuv/suv in person. It is actually pretty sweet. They guy at the booth said it took over a year to build.
